By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to consider of the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2024 for cancellation of patta in the names of the respondents 4 to 8. 3.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

It is the contention of the writ petitioner that her husband was allotted an extent of 4.25 acres in Survey No.47/3E, 47/3D, 47/3C and 47/3B. Even before the UDR survey, patta was given in the name of the petitioner's husband. After the death of her husband, now it appears that the names of the respondents 4 to 8 were also found in the patta. In this regard, 2/4
the petitioner has given a representation dated 15.04.2024 for cancellation of patta in the name of the private respondents and issue patta in the name of the petitioner. However, the same has not been considered by the second respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 5.
Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner, after giving proper opportunity to the private respondents namely respondents 4 to 8, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
