ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first and second respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 19.06.2024 seeking his last drawn pay on par with his juniors Mr.Vedi and Mr.Amalanathan.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first and second respondents are directed to consider the representation dated 19.06.2024 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
