(Order of the Court was made by M.Sundar, J.) After some arguments, Ms.M.Devi Rudra, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Writ Petition' {'WP' for the sake of brevity} as learned counsel realized that survey numbers of alleged encroachment and the land purportedly belonging to writ petitioner have been mixed up, saying so, learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

2. Learned counsel sought leave of this Court to preserve all rights and contentions of writ petitioner to come up with another / fresh writ petition on the same cause of action with same / similar prayer and / 3/6

or initiate any other proceedings that may be available to writ petitioner in law. Request acceded to.

3. Captioned WP is disposed of as closed / withdrawn albeit with preservation of rights of writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
