ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2025, and to conduct fresh auction with regard to the tender for lease of Tamil Thendral Thiru Vi Ka Daily Market.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent produced the copy of the letter dated 11.06.2025, issued by the 3rd respondent rejecting the petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2025. The learned counsel in the light of the above letter submits that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the rejection letter dated 11.06.2025, was not served on the petitioner and therefore, an opportunity should be given to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid letter.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Recording the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. In any event, the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the letter dated 11.06.2025 in the manner known to law, if so advised.
