JUDGMENT

The complainant has filed the present appeal against the judgment of acquittal of the respondent from the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

When the matter was listed on 21.09.2022, this Court ordered fresh notice and also private notice and directed the appellant/complaint to furnish the correct address of the respondent/accused and also directed to file an Affidavit of Service before the next date of hearing. Today i.e. 20.10.2022 when the matter is called for hearing, it is seen that the Affidavit of Service has not been filed as ordered by this court on 21.09.2022 and also there is no representation for the appellant.
