This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in paragraph 9[b] of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13228 of 2023 vide order dated dated 20.06.2023.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners, who are father and son respectively, have met with an accident while they were travelling in their two wheeler, due to which, the second petitioner has sustained grievous injuries in his leg and the first petitioner has also got simple injuries. The first petitioner, being the father has to take care of his son/2nd petitioner. Thereby, both the petitioners are unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition 9[b] imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13228 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023 is alone modified as follows:- "[b] the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 7.30 pm., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required. The second petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 7.30pm., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required. "
