COMMON JUDGMENT (Judgment was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) When the matter was listed for hearing on 22.09.2025, none appeared on behalf of the appellants. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 24.09.2025 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. Even today, i.e. 24.09.2021, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the appellants. Thus, it is evident that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Appeals stand dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
