..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the letter of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.2167/2017/Va.sa.sa (2) dated 05.03.2018 and consequential order if the 2nd respondent dated 25.04.2018 quash the same and direct the respondents to pay the arrears of salary as fertilizer saleswoman from 28.09.2015 to the petitioner.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, after arguing the matter for a considerable length of time and this Court expressed that the order passed by the President of Co-operative Society cannot be challenged in a writ petition and the writ petitioner has to exhaust the statutory remedy provided under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Society Act.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner has chosen to withdraw the writ petition. Under these circumstances, the writ petitioner is permitted to approach the Competent Authority by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

way of a Revision Petition under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Society Act. In the event of preferring any such Revision Petition, the competent authority shall entertain the Revision Petition and adjudicate the same by following the procedures contemplated under law and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

3. With these observations, the writ petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
