The petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to register a case on the complaint made by the petitioner on 03.04.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint against the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Kalavai Branch alleging that the Branch Manager, colluding with third parties, has committed certain irregularities and illegalities. Since no action has been taken by the respondent on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.04.2019, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking for the above relief.

The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been numbered as CA/563/2019 and that the original has been forwarded https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the General Manager/Chief Vigilance Officer, State Bank of India, Vigilance Department, Local H.O., College Road, Chennai - 600 006. In support of the same, he produced a copy of the letter No.C6/CA/2019/2396 dated 30.04.2019, sent to the General Manager/Chief Vigilance Officer, State Bank of India, Vigilance Department, Chennai, forwarding the complaint of the petitioner. 4.

Recording the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to proceed in accordance with law.
