Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.SUBRAMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of 1 and 2 Respondents not appearing either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to order substituted service of notice by way of affixing on some conspicuous part of the last known place of residence of the 3rd respondent and on the Court Notice Board.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered in the following terms :

The petitioner/appellant is permitted to effect notice to respondent No.3 through paper publication in one of Tamil dailies having wide circulation in Chennai, namely, "Dinamalar", duly mentioning the date of hearing as 16.12.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
