With reference to the relief sought for in the present writ petition, the learned standing counsel Mr.P.Srinivas appearing on behalf of the second respondent would submit that the subject building has been locked and sealed by the Government authorities.

2. Notice has been served to the private parties/respondents 3 to 5 and their names has been printed in the cause list however, none appeared.

3. Thus, the official respondents are directed to continue the enforcement actions and ensure that the unauthorized building has been demolished. The Writ petition stands disposed of.
