O R D E R

The present petition has been filed for the issuane of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose the representation dated 24.12.2014 and 22.07.2020 of the petitioner, vide complaint serial No. 113915 referred through SMS, within the stipulated period in accordance with the provisions of the "Chief Minister Relief Fund" for providing immediate relief to the petitioner.

According to the petitioner, she is an aged helpless woman. It is submitted that her only son aged 47 years passed away on 10.08.2013 in a road accident involving a State Government transport Corporation bus near Pattamangalam village. The petitioner, with great difficulty, obtained the death certificate of her son on 31.12.2018 from the Revenue Department. Thereafter, it is stated that the petitioner made continuous representations to the Chief Minsters Relief Fund https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for more than 8 years for pecuniary relief but her representations have not been disposed till date. Aggrieved and finding no other alternative, the petitioner has come up with a writ petition before this court.

Considering the facts and cicumstances of the case, this court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2014 and 22.07.2020 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to her as well as the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
