This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to expedite the departmental proceedings pending against the petitioner in Letter No.873/HL1/2020-2, dated 29.09.2021 and pass orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to conclude the departmental proceedings pending against the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
