This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13153 of 2024, dated 06.06.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13153 of 2024, dated 06.06.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
