ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order, dated 16.03.2026 passed in I.A.No.7 of 2026 in Page No.1 of 4

O.S.No.361 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Perambalur.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondent in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

3. The aforesaid order was passed by the trial court, dismissing the petitioners' application seeking to recall P.W.1 by stating the following reasons :- (a) sufficient opportunity was given to the petitioners to cross-examine P.W.1 thoroughly;

(b) the suit, which was reopened by the petitioners for an entirely different purpose, I.A.No.7 of 2026 is liable to be dismissed;

(c) the suit is of the year 2016 and the petitioners have just plainly stated in the affidavit filed in support of I.A.No.7 of 2026 that questions regarding certain aspects have to be putforth during the cross-examination of P.W.1. Page No.2 of 4

4. This Court does not find any infirmity in the reasons given by the trial court, namely the Principal District Munsif Court, Perambalur, for dismissing the application filed by the petitioners in I.A.No.7 of 2026. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
