2. Heard Mr.S.P.Yuaraj, learned counsel, who accepted notice for the respondents.

3. In the affidavit filed giving reasons for the delay, it had been stated that owing to administrative reasons, there had been delay in filing the appeal.

4. Taking all factors into consideration, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
