ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Review petition on hand has been instituted by the Tamil Nadu Judicial Employees Association represented by its President, who is the petitioner in W.P.No.22354 of 2017.

The Writ Petition was filed for revision of scale of pay. With reference to the relief sought for, the Division Bench of this Court in the case of K.A.Baskaran Vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Others1 passed an order on 17.07.2008 in W.P.No.5969 of 2008. Since the issues relating to revision of pay had been settled by the Division Bench of this Court, the Writ Petition filed by the Review Petitioner was disposed of, by making an observation that there is no impediment for the competent Authorities/learned Principal District Judge to consider the cases of the employees as per Rues in force and based on their eligibility. Regarding fixation of pay, the eligibility is to be considered with reference to Pay Rules as applicable to the employee concerned. The said direction would not provide any cause for filing the present Review petition. CDJ 2008 MHC 3315

Since the petitioner has not established any error apparent on record warranting interference by this Court in exercise of the powers of review, the present Review Petition stands dismissed.
