(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) When the matter was taken up under the caption 'for reporting compliance', the detenue girl was produced before this Court. As per the statement of the detenue, she was permitted to stay in a Home.

2. Now the detenue, who is produced before the Court, has agreed to go with her mother without any hesitation, as she finds some difficulty to stay in Home. Therefore, the wife of the petitioner and mother of the detenue, who is present in the Court, is permitted to take back the detenue to her house.
