This petition has been filed seeking to amend the offences as under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(ii), 307 of IPC @ Sections 147, 148, 324, 506(ii), 302, 149 of IPC instead of under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(ii), 307 of IPC @ Sections 147, 148, 324, 506(ii), 302, 147 of IPC in Crl.O.P.No.15105 of 2025 dated 14.05.2025.

In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.15105 of 2025 dated 14.05.2025 and issue fresh order copy. 3.

Further, time is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of fresh order copy, to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioner, by this Court vide order dated 14.05.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.15105 of 2025.
