Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.1383/2014 No. 3 dated 23.07.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent confirming the impugned order of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 3734/2012/A dated 05.06.2013 and quash the same. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 23.07.2018 passed by the second respondent, thereby confirming the order passed by the third respondent dated 05.06.2013 and seeking to quash the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the entire case bundle had already been handed over to the petitioner with change of vakalath. So far, the petitioner failed to engage any counsel on their behalf. Today, when the matter is called, neither the petitioner nor any counsel entered appearance before this Court. It shows that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the case.

3. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default.
