Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records to quash the order passed in NaKa No.20/BIPS/TVM/2018 dated 28.06.2018 by the third respondent and to consequently direct the third respondent to grant permission to hold a public demonstration at the scheduled place near District Collectorate, Thiruvannamalai on 10.07.2018 in between 16-20 hours or on any other subsequent date that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
