This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent police not to harass the petitioners without conducting proper enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.
3. On the complaint given by Bhuvaneswari, petition enquiry is pending before the respondent-police.
Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed.
