ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2000 of 2024 dated 02.02.2024 passed by this Court, that the petitioner shall report before the Additional District and Sessions Court - II, Poonamallee, on every Monday at 10:30 A.M., apart from the Court hearing dates, till completion of trial.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Trial Court on every Monday at 10:30 A.M., apart from the Court hearing dates, till completion of trial, is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 15-07-2025 klt
