ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 8C, 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act in Crime No.1054 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 26.07.2021, the petitioner along with other accused person were illegally found in possession of 2.100 kgs of Ganja. Thereby, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and no way connected with the alleged offence and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner was found in possession of 2.100 kgs of Ganja and there are ten previous cases pending against the petitioner in which seven cases are similar in nature.

5. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstance of this case and the fact that there are ten previous cases pending against the petitioner in which seven cases are similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
