PRAYER: This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records pertaining to the in Memo Mo.54/BCDFGISSSV/2024 dated 28.05.2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and set aside the same and direct the Respondents herein to produce the petitioner's son Vikram son of Thambidurai aged 23 years now confined in the Central Prison. Chennai before the Hon'ble Court and set him at Liberty.
