ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed with specific allegation that the title dispute between the petitioner and one Sakaria Brothers is pending before the Sub Court, Thiruvottiyur in O.S.No.30 of 2024.

2. The complaint and counter complaint has registered by the first respondent police are pending. The respondent police taking side and threatening to register further case against the petitioner who aid and facilitate Sakaria Brothers to put illegal constructions on the disputed land and the attempt is made by the police to interfere into the civil dispute. The photographs annexed and the FIR copies as well as the plaint copy in O.S.No.30 of 2024 reveals that there is a dispute between the parties to take possession of the land by force.

3. The specific allegation of the petitioner is that the police has assisting the defendants in O.S.No.30 of 2024 to put up construction.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police on instructions from the Investigating Officer submits 2/4

that the jurisdictional police is not interfered with the civil dispute. The complaints given by both sides been under investigation.

5. The second respondent police is directed to scrupulously adhere to the instructions given by the Additional Director General of Police, Law and Order, Tamil Nadu dated 09.01.2024 and maintain peace from restraining either party from carrying on any activity in the vacant land. They shall take undertaking from both the parties that they will abide by the outcome of the civil suit.

6. With this direction, writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 11.07.2024 Vv To
