This petition is filed for modification to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14721 of 2022 dated 29.06.2022.

2. The petitioner was granted bail in crime No.53 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 296(b), 427, 449, 341, 302 IPC in Crl.O.P.No.14721 of 2022 order dated 29.06.2022 with the following conditions: "The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two blood related sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kallakurichi".

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner's husband and son are also languishing in jail, the petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14721 of 2022 order dated 29.06.2022.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the conditions imposed by this Court. The modified conditions are read as follows:
