The learned counsel for the plaintiff has filed a memo stating that the first defendant had died on 16.06.2019 leaving behind the plaintiff and defendants 2 to 6 as her legal representatives. The said memo is taken on record. The plaintiff and the defandants 2 to 6 is declared as legal representatives of the deceased first defendant.

2. This application has been filed seeking consequential amendments that are necessitated due to the death of the first defendant. Ms.A.N.Rajamani Ponnu, learned counsel representing Mr.K.Harishankar would submit that the defendants 1 and 6 have no objection for this application being ordered. Hence, this application is allowed.
