Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orderby this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.14355 of 2020 by order dated 15.09.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioners, and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14355 of 2020 dated 15.09.2020 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
