This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1132 days in filing the said Appeal against the Judgment and sentence passed by the learned Special Court (POCSO cases), Tiruvannamalai, Tiruvannamalai District in Spl.S.C.No.89 of 2020 dated 29.03.2023.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 1132 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
