ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking to suspend the sentence imposed against the petitioner in Spl.S.C.No.89/2020 on the file of the learned Special Court (POCSO cases), Tiruvannamalai, Tiruvannamalai District dated 29.03.2023 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the said Crl.A. / 2025 on the file of this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The petitioner had committed a very serious and heinous offence against the minor victim girl and he fails to make out a prima facie case to suspend the sentence imposed by the trial Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence imposed on him.

In the result, the petition for suspension of sentence is dismissed.
