(Crime No.405 of 2020) PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders in the order dated 09.11.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.17369 of 2020 in Crime No.405 of 2020. ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.17369 of 2020 dated 09.11.2020, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17369 of 2020 dated 09.11.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders. 5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
