This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decretal order dated 31.07.2012 made in I.A.No.732 of 2011 in O.S.No.85 of 2009, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Rasipuram.

2. When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition and the same has become infructuous.

2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
