ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.08.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302, 201 IPC r/w 27(1) of Arms Act, in Crime No.468 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that there was a previous enmity, the petitioners along with other accused persons had murdered the deceased and thrown the body in the river. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioners have been in jail from 04.08.2021. He further submitted that there is a specific over act has been attributed against A1. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioners.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the co-accused bail applications were already been dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16574 and 16760 of 2021 dated 13.09.2021 and there is no change of circumstances. custodial interrogation is very much required. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioners have involved in very serious offence, and co-accused bail applications were dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
