This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 98 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order dated 19.11.2024 passed in MC.No.13 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 98 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
