O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.17387 of 2020 dated 05.11.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17387 of 2020 dated 05.11.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
