(Order of the Court was made by M. SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) (Through Video Conferencing) The petitioner claims to be a native of V.Marudhur Village, Villupuram District, and he claims that his entire family belongs to Scheduled Tribe-Kattunayakan Community. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the sister of the petitioner, namely, R.Nirmala, has been issued with permanent Community Certificate, bearing No.2645056A5 8862/92, dated 09.06.1992, by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirukoilur, stating that she belongs to the said community, and that apart, the petitioner's Transfer Certificate, dated 27.06.1995, issued by the Head Master of G.Varadharajulu Chettiyar High School, Arcot, also discloses that he belongs to the said community. The learned counsel would further add that the petitioner has also been issued with permanent Community https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Certificate, bearing No.049070 A6/1938/2000, dated 28.04.2000, and as such, there cannot be any impediment to consider the application submitted by the petitioner for issuance of Community Certificate in favour of his daughter and son, namely, S.Pavithra and S.Deepan, and prays for appropriate orders. 3.Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4.Though the petitioner prays for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the claim as projected by the petitioner either in his application dated 11.09.2019 or in this writ petition, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application, dated 11.09.2019, on merits and in accordance with law, in an objective manner, as expeditiously as possible, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/date of uploading of this order in the website, and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
