(The Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J) The Writ Petition is heard through video conferencing.
2. Heard Mr.D.Venkatesh, learned counsel appearing for Mr.G.D.Manikandan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.N.C.Kaushik, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
3. The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition, seeking direction to the respondent to issue duplicate community certificate to the petitioner, by considering her representation dated 31.08.2020 and the remainder dated 28.08.2021.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would state that if the petitioner make an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
application through on-line, the same will be considered by the respondent in accordance with law.
5. In the light of the above submissions, the petitioner is permitted to apply for duplicate community certificate through on-line and on such receipt, the respondent shall consider the same and take action in accordance with law.
6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
