O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 18.01.2019, wherein the petitioner has challenged the cancellation of the patta granted in favour of the mother of the petitioner on the basis of the complaint made by the 3rd respondent.

2. Mr.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first and second respondents submitted that the first respondent has called the parties for enquiry on 29.12.2020 at 4.00 A.M. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the 1st respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct the enquiry after giving opportunity to all the interested parties and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
