When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's claim of entire pension amount has been disbursed by the respondents and hence, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has been met out by the petitioner. In view of the same, the learned counsel submitted that the petition may be closed as infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby recorded. Since nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
