Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to forthwith furnish the information including the documents sought for by the petitioner vide petitioner application dated 07.08.2017 and direct the 2nd respondent to proceed further with the complaint dated 09.03.2020 filed by the petitioner against the first respondent for non-furnishing the information during the period from 07.08.2017 to till date. ORDER

The petitioner herein is aggrieved against the inaction on the part of the first respondent in furnishing the information sought for by him, pursuant to his application dated 07.08.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent herein had called upon the petitioner to appear before him for an enquiry in connection with the petitioner's application dated 21.10.2020, wherein he had complained about the non-compliance by the first respondent.

3. Since the petitioner's grievance is now sought to be acted upon by the second respondent herein, this Court is of the view that the present prayer in the writ petition need not be considered for the present. However, if liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedies, subject to the outcome of the proceedings pending before the respondents herein, the ends of justice could be secured and this Court is of the view that the proceedings would also come to a logical reasoning.

4. In the light of the above observation, the writ petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in accordance with law. No costs.
