This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.It is the grievance of the petitioner that despite the orders of bail, he is not able to go to his house because of the presence of the police. However, there is no material to show that where the police is present or how his entry to his house is prevented. Without any materials, I am of the view that general direction cannot be given as against the police. Unless a specific instance is shown, such direction cannot be given, particularly, it is for the investigating officer to enquire any person by following, due process of law.
