ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.6 of 2024 dated 06.06.2024 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the offences involved in this case are Sections 120B, 406, 420, 468 and 471 IPC and therefore, he seeks time for filing final report.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. It is seen that the FIR in Crime No.6 of 2024 has been registered on 06.06.2024 and one year has been completed. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to expedite the investigation and file the charge sheet as early as possible.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
