This application has been filed to grant permission to amend para 4 at page 2 of the application for Grant of Letters of Administration filed by the petitioners, to read as ' That the Ist Petitioner is the sister, the 2 nd petitioner is the brother and that the 3 rd petitioner is the brother of the deceased, claim to be entitled to a 1/3 rd (one third undivided share) in the 1/4 th (one fourth) undivided share of her estate ie. (deceased Shobha Janet Vijayarajan alias Shobha J.Vijayarajan) each. The petitioners submit that each of them are already owning a 1/4 th undivided share in the Schedule mentioned property by virtue of inheritance instead of 'That the Ist petitioner is the sister, the 2 nd petitioner is the brother and that the 3 rd petitioner is the brother of the deceased, claim to be each entitled to a 1/4 th (one fourth) undivided share of her estate (deceased Shobha Janet Vijayarajan alias Shobha J.Vijayarajan)'. http://www.judis.nic.in
