The petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police" imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17109 of 2020 dated 02.11.2020.

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17109 of 2020 dated 02.11.2020 that the petitioner on his release from prison shall stay at Vellore and report before the Vellore North Police Station everyday at 10.30 A.M., and 05.30 P.M., until further orders. The petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17109 of 2020 dated 02.11.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
