2. The learned Special Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that, the Government issued orders in G.O.Ms.No.232, Agriculture Department dated 17.09.2018, extending the age of retirement of farm employees from 58 to 60.

3. Accordingly, the writ petitioners are entitled to avail the benefit of the said G.O. Thus, the case of the writ petitioner also is to be considered with reference to the Government orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.232, Agriculture Department dated 17.09.2018. With these observations, the writ petitions stands disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
