ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.S.Mohandass, learned Public Prosecutor, Pondicherry, based on the written instructions, submitted that there is already a civil dispute between the parties pending in O.S.No.948 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Puducherry. In view of the same, the respondent Police has taken a clear stand that they do not intend to interfere with the dispute between the parties. However, if any law and order problem is created, the Police will take action in accordance with law.
