O R D E R

In view of the fact that the petitioner while invoking arbitration clause nominated its Arbitrator, while the arbitration clause envisages reference of disputes to the Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre, Karpagambal Nagar, Mylapore, Chennai which centre is to appoint an Arbitrator, the petitioner may notify the centre accordingly with notice to the respondent.
