[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Habeas Corpus Petition' [hereinafter 'HCP' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of order made by this Court on 27.07.2023.

3. Pursuant to the aforementioned order, captioned HCP is listed under the cause list caption 'FOR REPORT' and learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Pallavaram, under cover of letter dated 31.07.2023 has sent a detailed report together with recorded statements. We find that Tmt.D.Pavithra, learned District Munsif-cum- Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram has done meticulous work. We place on record our appreciation for the learned Magistrate's work.

4. Mr.S.Sekar, learned counsel on record for petitioner and Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned State Additional Public Prosecutor submitted in one voice that the captioned HCP can be given a closure as stated position of both sides has been recorded.
