(By J.Nisha Banu,J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 376 days in representing the papers in the appeal.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 25.06.2025.
